Hurst Australia is an independent, Australian owned and managed chemical company specialising in the development, manufacture and distribution of quality products primarily for the printing industry, while providing technical and sales support through a network of dealerships throughout Australia and the Asia Pacific Region.

It is the established policy of Hurst Australia Pty Ltd to manufacture and supply quality products on time, in accordance with the needs and expectations of our customers. The Company's directors are committed by our capability and through an assessment of that capability by an outside Accrediting Authority. At Hurst Australia the Quality Assurance System is organised to comply with latest standard AS/NZS ISO9001 for quality assurance.

It is the responsibility of senior management to ensure that this policy is understood, implemented and maintained at all levels of the organisation.

The Quality Assurance procedures defined in the manual and its supporting documentation require the active participation of every member of the company. Each employee will be made aware of the Quality Assurance requirements through appropriate education and training.

All staff are directly responsible for the quality of their own work. The Quality Assurance system shall be continually and systematically audited for effectiveness and compliance with defined requirements.

A continuous process of measurable quality improvement within the framework of the Quality Assurance system is a cornerstone of Hurst's efforts to ensure the satisfaction of our customers and the future of our Company.
